<p>Skipping this meal will usually cause you to eat more for lunch and / or dinner. If you start the day without a meal don&#8217;t be surprised if you feel tired, lethargic and easily fatigued later in the day. It&#8217;s almost like driving to work with no gas. The best strategy for keeping your weight in check and your energy level high is to fuel yourself evenly throughout the day. Eat a good breakfast, moderate lunch, and light dinner. If you starve your body by avoiding breakfast, it will begin to lose muscle and retaining fat. <p>Recent research results showed that children who skip breakfast are less able to concentrate in studies and in play. Their ability to perform complex tasks is impaired. The effects were similar in adults. As an experiment, change your breakfast habits for 2 days. You will then understand the impact that breakfast has on your day. According to the National Cancer Institute of America, &#8220;diets high in fibre and low in fat, with plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole-grain breads and cereals with low fat cheese or butter may reduce the risk of cancer.&#8221; Daily fibre intake should be 20 to 30 grams. Insoluble fibre, the kind found in whole wheat bread and wheat-based bran cereals, helps lower the risk of colon cancer and speeds up digestion. Soluble fibre, found in oat bran and fruit, helps lower blood cholesterol, and may reduce the risk of coronary ailments.</p>

You can even do a little experimentation and transform your regular fresh fruit like blackberry or banana into special snacks or side dishes and then you can even add them in your desserts. </p>
<p>A spread with peach and honey take a bowl and add 1 sliced peach, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of honey. Mash all the three together using a fork until the mixture looks consistent in appearance. Serve it as a topping on French toast or pancakes or you can even serve it on grilled pork or roasted chicken.</p>
<p>Fruits slices can be used for creating many dishes. One of the best ways to have fruit slices is by making a salad out of different fruits instead of vegetables. You can take slices of pears, apples, peaches and mangoes and then gently brush them with some canola oil. After wards sprinkle some cinnamon and place the bowl in skewers. Alternatively you can wrap it in a foil. Grill this fruit mixture in your over on low heat for around 3 to 5 minutes. Viola! you will have a great fruit mixture that is ready to eat.</p>

Add a few slices of pineapple, diced kiwi, strawberries, bananas and a few grapes. You can choose between black grapes and the green ones depending on your liking. You can serve it before meal or after meal. Either ways it will be good for health and great for taste.</p>
<p>Fruity pops is a great recipe that tastes good when served frozen. You will need a blender to do the job. Take some sliced bananas and strawberries and add 1/4 cup of orange juice as well as 3/4 cup of low-fat strawberry yogurt. Blend all the ingredients together and then pour them into a 2 to 3-ounce cups. Freeze the mixture for at least 3 hours and then serve.</p>
<p>The Banana-Blueberry Mix is quite simple to make and it will stir your taste buds. You can use a blender to mix 2 fresh bananas, 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries, and 1 cup of low-fat vanilla yogurt. Once they have been mixed well, all you have to do is taste it.</p>

<p>You may have never heard of Mango salsa pizza before but this is a great dish.  You will have to start by mixing 1 cup of chopped green or red bell peppers, 1/2 cup of chopped mango, 1/2 cup of chopped onion, 1/2 cup of chopped pineapple, 1/2 cup of fresh cilantro and 1 tablespoon of lime juice. Spread the mix over your pizza crust and bake it at 4250F. Once the crust is brown, it will be ready to serve.</p>

Just throwing some fruit juice and a fermenting agent in a jar and letting it sit for awhile will get you nothing but nasty fruit juice. You can of course try your own mixtures if you&#8217;re adventurous, and of course doing so is part of the fun of making your own wine, but especially if you are a beginner you&#8217;ll want to follow the easy wine recipes to the tee. Once you&#8217;re a bit more experienced, you can start experimenting with different fruit mixes and sugar levels, and who knows &#8211; you may even come up with some of your own homemade wine recipes over time! But to get you started, here are some basic recipes you can try. </p>
<p>Mulled wines are a great alternative to hot cocoas, ciders, and other such drinks. They are very easy to make, and once you get the hang of it, you can come up with your own mulled wine recipes. Usually you just take one regular bottle of any red wine and put it into a large stewing pot. Add a quarter cup of brandy, about 10 cloves, 2/3 cup of sugar, some whole cinnamon sticks, and about a teaspoon of ginger or allspice. Let it simmer over very low heat, stirring it occasionally, until the sugar is dissolved. You can experiment with this type of easy wine recipe by adding some favorite pureed fruit or fruit juice, or by using honey instead of sugar as a sweetener. By using different types of red wines, you&#8217;ll also be able to get either stronger or mellower flavors. </p>
<p>Apple wine is also a favorite for homemade wines, and while these easy wine recipes are a bit longer, they yield a very good product. Your wine mix is merely 2 containers of frozen apple juice (thawed) and 4 cups of sugar, more or less to taste, with about 2-1/2 quarts of water. As with most easy wine recipes, you boil the sugar in about a quart of the water until it is dissolved, and add this to the apple juice. Add about 6 teaspoons of acid blend, a campden tablet, a quarter teaspoon of grape tannin, a half teaspoon of pectic enzyme, and a package of wine yeast. You then prepare it as you would any other wine. Since this is one of the most basic homemade wine recipes there is, you can experiment with it by mixing the apple juice with other fruit juices. Half apple juice and half grape juice is good; cherry or blackberry juice works well too. </p>
<p>The important thing to remember when mixing up the fruits that you use in your homemade wine recipes is that you don&#8217;t want to use all tart fruits or all sweet fruits. A good way to remember this is to think of the colors of the fruit, and use two from different colors. For instance, grape and apple, banana and cherry, and so on. These types of mixtures usually make the best easy wine recipes for homemade wines.</p>
